Smooth-Seal™ J-Series Preformed Hose Clamps

ITW Strapbinder® Smooth-Seal double wrapped, pre-formed clamps lock securely and require no hammering. The specially designed inside tab eliminates leak paths common with thin-wall hose.

They easily lock under full tension by one lifting movement. Apply the clamps with the ST-001 ITW Strapbinder® tool and the HBJ-001 Adapter. These clamps are not for use with punch type tools.

Smooth-Seal™ Center Punch Preformed Hose Clamps

Under conditions of high corrosion, we recommend the stainless steel clamp. Center punch clamps are double wrapped and locked with the conical punch of the HBC300 Tensioning Tool. To order the proper size clamp, measure the outside diameter of the hose with the fitting inserted. Select the next larger inside diameter clamp by Item #.
